We thought it would be fun to use words from other languages in our poem today. So, we brainstormed some words and then asked, "Who would say these words?" And, "What might they be doing when they say them?" These questions lead us to this poem...
Languages
"Guten Morgen!"
Say two German people in the zoo by the
giraffes.
"Rojo!"
Says a bullfighter in Mexico.
"Si!"
Says a prince when someone asks him to dance
in Chile.
"Aloha!" "Au revoir!" "Ciao!"
Say three kids in the airport leaving America.
